Who We Are

A community of professionals and parents dedicated to improving the quality of life for children identified as emotionally disturbed and/or behavior disordered.

We are the Wisconsin Council for Children with Behavior Disorders of the Council for Exceptional Children (CEC)

  • Success for children identified as Emotionally Disturbed/Behaviorally Disordered requires creative collaboration among all service providers.
  • Advocacy is a responsibility of all those who serve children identified as having an Emotional Behavioral Disability/Emotional Disturbance.
